Yoga for the Belly

Yoga is not something that I normally partake in BUT since I have become pregnant, I have realized that I need to take time to just slow down!  Not only does yoga help swelling (edema), cramping associated with thighs/calves, nausea or vomiting, early morning sickness; it also helps with mood and relaxation. In addition, it raises the urge for healthy food & intestinal motion AND enhances the energy level.
