Need a new workout? Try this fat burning track workout and scorch up to 600 calories! It starts out very easy and then starts to get harder and harder. Because the runs are fairly short, I find myself pushing it to finish JUST one more lap!
You are going to start out running a lap in under 2 minutes (if you are intermediate or advanced), then jogging a lap (walking the lap if you are a beginner). Repeat 7 more times. This will give you a total of 16 laps which equates to 4 miles.
Track Workout: 8 x 400m with 400m rest intervals.
FInish off with some abs. 50 mountain climbers, 50 sit ups, 50 toe touches.
