This workout is called “The Break Up” because that might be what you do with me after doing this workout routine. Ha. Just kidding. I titled it the Break Up because you are breaking up each set with a cardio jog/run for 5 minutes. It is a tough one but it will totally whoop your butt into incredible shape. If I were allowed to jump right now, I would be doing this workout right there with you. So, do me a favor and do this workout in my honor. Have fun!!!!
Workout: You will complete each exercise for one minute. In between each exercise, you will take a 30 second break (if needed). After you complete one set of the 4 exercises, you will run for 5 minutes. Then, repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 sets of the 4 exercises and 20 minutes of running.
