For the next month, I am going to invite you to the Tabata Thursday workout challenge. You are going to see how many rounds you can complete in 20 minutes. Rest when needed and write down the number of rounds you complete because we will repeat these workouts next month for a prize!! Whoever has the biggest improvement at the end of August will win some cool workout duds.

- 20 pushups
- 30 reverse lunges
- 40 mountain climbers
- 50 air squats
