Legs on the GO is a 20 minute leg and cardio workout that you can take with you anywhere you go. The workout includes one set of each exercise with 30 seconds of high knees in between each set. The high knees helps insure an elevated heart rate to get that blood pumping.

One legged squats (using a chair for support) x 25 reps on each leg
Reverse lunges with a leg lift and a hop x 15 reps each leg
Wide leg squats x 25 reps
Krav Kicks x 25 repetitions each leg
Pop squats x 30 repetitions
Pulse Lunge x 20 reps each leg
Calf raises x 50 repetitions
Jump Squats x 15 repetitions
