Try these simple moves for an intense 15 minute workout in your very own hotel room. You do not need any equipment to complete this workout…just your own body.
20 repetitions for each exercise
Chair Squat Jumps
Dips with one leg raised
Repeat these exercises when you finish the first set of each exercise. Try and get through each exercise for at least 3 rounds in the 15 minutes you are given. Next time you do this workout, try and get 4 rounds! And so on……good luck!
