Hey BarBelles…….today we are going to start with part 1 of the 3 part circuit that Leigh Ann Ambrose with LA Bodies demonstrates. I will be posting the other 2 circuits on Wednesday and Friday of this week. Each day a new circuit posts, you are going to complete the previous circuit 3 times through each exercise and the circuit posted 3 times through each exercise.
Today, you will complete these 4 exercises 2 more times through as fast as you can. Follow LA Bodies for a tight & toned body.
- Squat & Shoulder Press
- Jump Rope
- Curtsey Lunge with lateral shoulder raise
- Mountain Climbers
