From Cinnabuns to Hot Buns

Butt, Quads, Hams…..No, I am not talking about the different cuts of a pig.  I am talking about your butt and legs.  And that is just what this workout does……..butt and legs!  I did this workout two days ago and I am still feeling the effects.  It is a great workout to tone those legs and lift that butt.

Workout: You will complete each exercise for 1 set. In between each set, you will job for 1 minute.  Then, repeat entire workout.

Equipment: Your body & a step/bench

Level: Intermediate/Advanced & BarBellies

Time: 15 minutes of lunges, 15 minutes of running

 

Front Lunge

Reverse lunge with a hop

Jump lunges

Side lunges

Pulse lunges

Elevated lunge

Diagonal lunge

walking lunge

Want to make it more challenging?  Add one minute of running uphill OR sprint in between each lunging exercise.
