Bulge Be-Gone

Bulge Be Gone……get rid of butt bulge, arm bulge, stomach bulge, bra bulge, and even love handle bulge with this workout.  It is the ultimate fat burn!  Print off this 45 min-60 min workout and burn your buns.  Literally, it will help burn fat off of your body to help get you in shape for that sexy New Years Eve outfit (even if you are just wearing your PJ’s around the house) or get you on track for the summer.
