Hate that muffin top but don’t want to buy a bigger pair of pants? Banish the muffin top with this high intensity core workout. This workout is sure to get that fat around your love handles to disappear, BUT, you have to follow a few other rules as well. We all know that you cannot tone up without proper/healthy eating habits and good, heart pumping cardio. If we could…….everyone would be trim and fit.
Remember, eating healthy involves paying attention to calories, eating whole grains, lean protein, and lots and lots of veggies and fruits. Stay away from fast food, sweets, and saturated & trans fats.
Cardio……hate to break it to you, but you need to be getting at least 5 days of cardio into your routine every single week. This means 5 days of AT LEAST 30 minutes. Check out my cardio workouts under the Train section of BarBelles for some ideas.
Workout: You will complete each exercise for 2 sets each. In between each exercise set, you will complete 1 minute of high knees-for advanced, pop squats-for intermediate, and marches- for beginners and BarBellies.
