Animal Blast workout has been designed by George Moultrie with The George Moultrie Experience. George brings us a 15 minute workout that involves plyometrics using different animal names as our exercises. We are going to go through these exercises one at a time, so grab a mat and an area where you can jump around! Have fun.
Workout: You will complete each exercise 1 set. If you feel like you can go back through this series again, go for it!
You will burn about 200 calories for each series. Could be a good way to burn off some of those Holiday treats.
